Multi-Color Leads the Winners in the 2006 TLMI Label Awards
CINCINNATI, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Multi-Color Corporation captured nine awards in the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute's 29th Annual Awards Competition, the highest total of all
award-winning participants.
The international competition honors the finest labels produced by member converters in North, South and Central America, Europe and Australia. This year's event drew 278 entries, resulting in 90
awards for 51 companies. The awards were presented at the TLMI Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida, on October 10, 2006.
Multi-Color received six first place and three second place awards. First place winners include: Miller Genuine Draft Beer; Method High Efficiency Laundry Detergent; Olay Body Wash Ribbons;
P&G Tide with Febreze Freshness; Arizona Black Tea; and Anheuser Busch BE Beer. Second place awards include: Miller Genuine Draft Light; Frutezia Sunshine Blend; and Febreze Freshness Promotional
Label.
The vast array of Multi-Color's label printing technologies are represented in the nine award winners, including shrink sleeve, heat transfer, in-mold, pressure sensitive and cut & stack
labels, which were produced in different Multi-Color facilities in North America.
